Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Temporary Part‑Time Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist at a long‑standing industrial metals company located in Arlington, WA. Starting pay is $35 per hour. This is a part‑time, temporary position on the day shift, working 8a-4:30p Tuesdays & Thursdays with a floating third working day each week. This role is a short term role to be filled as soon as possible.

This role will support their accounting department during a busy operational period.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and matching to purchase orders before routing for approval.
• Managing A/R tasks such as customer invoicing, logging payments, and tracking outstanding balances.
• Assisting with statement reconciliations, credit memos, and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Maintaining accurate financial records through data entry, filing, and updated documentation.
• Communicating with vendors, customers, and internal production staff to clarify billing and payment details.
• Supporting general administrative and accounting tasks as needed in a high‑volume industrial environment.
