About the Role:We are seeking a Temporary Leasing Agent to support daily leasing operations at a residential apartment community. This role is customer-facing and requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Provide customer service via phone, text, email, and in person
Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents
Support leasing activities and assist with application processing
Execute leases and related documentation
Process rent payments in person and through property management software (Entrata experience a plus)
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups
Assist management with daily administrative and office tasks
Prepare and reconcile bank deposits
Support marketing efforts including online listings and outreach
Prior leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling rent payments and financial transactions
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional and customer-focused demeanor
