Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including pre-screening, interviewing, and coordinating interviews.
• Research, review, and screen resumes daily.
• Filling jobs with urgency and accuracy.
• Communicating recruitment efforts to clients.
• Provide supervision of Express associates.
• Will make up to 50 sales calls weekly to clients and prospects.
• Will visit company sites for marketing and appointments.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to collaborate with team.
• Must be comfortable using the phone and booking appointments for himself/herself or the Outside Sales Representative.
• Must be able to professionally represent Express Employment while on job sites and company meetings.
• Bilingual, in English and Spanish is a plus.
• 2-3 years interviewing and or onboarding experience is a plus.
