Repair/Maintenance Technician - Up to $50/hr
Monday to Thursday, 2pm start, 10-hour shifts

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment in a plant environment. Industrial equipment experience required. Building or apartment maintenance experience alone will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair industrial machinery, mechanical equipment, and facility systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
• Fabricate or repair components using welding and machining tools
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and concrete repair
• Install and move production equipment (saws, mills, routers, material handling)
• Read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance documentation
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies and wear required PPE

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (trade or technical training preferred)
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, and machining equipment
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (35 lbs repetitively)
• Ability to stand, climb, bend, and work in confined or elevated areas
