The Accounting & Office Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within our small business. This position requires a flexible, motivated individual who is eager to learn our products and support the accounting and customer service functions of the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with clients.

 Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming client phone calls and assist customers placing orders.
  • Perform accurate order entry and maintain related documentation.
  • Support accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, cash receipts.
  • Maintain organized filing system.
  • Provide general office support to ensure efficient daily workflow.
  • Learn product details to assist customers effectively and ensure accurate order processing.
