Schedule:

Monday – Friday, day shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning & Upkeep: Ensure common areas, hallways, and vacant units are clean and well-maintained.
• Appliance Repairs: Diagnose and repair household appliances for residents.
• Maintenance Tasks: Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as needed.
• Unit Turnover & Deep Cleaning: Prepare apartments for new tenants by performing detailed cleaning and basic repairs.
• Resident Support: Respond to maintenance requests and provide excellent customer service.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all workplace safety regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Prior maintenance, janitorial, or property upkeep experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong cleaning abilities and experience fixing appliances (stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.).
• Tool Proficiency: Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Customer Service: Professional and respectful when assisting residents.
