Salary: $65,000 to $80,000/Annum

We’re looking for a Senior Warehouse Specialist to lead and support our warehouse operations based out of Milton. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage inventory, guide a team, and help us move large, heavy, and awkward loads safely. Training will be provided for handling machinery and specialized equipment, so prior experience is a plus—but not required

 

What’s Offered

• $65000-$80000/Annum (Depending upon experience)
• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (Needs to be flexible)
• Permanent opportunities

Responsibilities:

 

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Lead and train warehouse staff
• Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with other departments
• Ensure safety and efficiency in all processes
• Handle and move heavy machinery and awkward loads safely (training provided)

Qualifications:

 

• 5+ years of warehouse experience, including supervisory or management experience
• Experience with machinery moving or heavy equipment is an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Commitment to workplace safety
