TRAIN ON 1st MOVE TO 2nd SHIFT
Entry-level trainee who is willing to learn how to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machines and mechanical equipment under the supervision of experienced mechanics or technicians. This role combines hands-on work with technical training to build skills in mechanical systems, tools, and safety practices.
Assist senior mechanics with inspecting, maintaining, and repairing machinery
Learn to diagnose mechanical problems and replace faulty parts
Perform routine maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, adjustments)
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely
Read basic blueprints, manuals, and technical diagrams
Help install new equipment and machinery
Follow workplace safety procedures and wear protective gear
Keep maintenance logs and report issues to supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in machinery
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to use tools and equipment safely
Physical stamina (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
Factories, manufacturing plants, or workshops
Exposure to noise, grease, and moving equipment
May require shifts, overtime, or weekends
