Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting & Registered Agent Support Specialist to join our client's team. This role provides essential accounting support—including billing, invoice processing, and accounts receivable—for our attorneys (approximately 60% of the role). The remaining 40% focuses on assisting our Registered Agent (RA) clients with inquiries, service billing, and general support.

 

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Support

• Process billing and invoices for attorneys

• Manage accounts receivable, including payment tracking and follow‑up

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all billing‑related tasks

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Registered Agent Client Support 

• Serve as a point of contact for RA clients, addressing questions and service needs

• Process billing for Registered Agent services

• Provide clear, professional communication to ensure a positive client experience

• Assist with maintaining accurate RA client records

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounting support, billing, or accounts receivable preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proficiency with basic computer applications; experience with accounting software is a plus

• Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented
