Job Title: Field Service Administrator/ Job Coordinator Location: Beaumont, TX Job Type: Full-Time Department: Field Service / Operations
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Service Administrator to support our field service operations. This role will serve as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure the seamless execution of field service jobs, accurate documentation, and top-tier customer support.
Coordinate field service schedules, dispatch technicians, and maintain communication throughout job execution.
Prepare service reports, job files, and documentation for field service operations.
Support invoicing, job costing, and parts ordering for field service jobs.
Ensure timely processing of work orders, quotes, and customer follow-ups.
Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and internal departments.
Track technician time and job status updates in MRP/ERP system.
Maintain accurate records of field activities and customer communications.
Assist in maintaining inventory for field service-related parts and equipment.
Maintain jobs pertaining to repairs, production, field service, and exchanges.
· Work closely with Service Center Foreman to schedule jobs.
· Work closely with Purchasing, Expediting and Suppliers to ensure timely and often expedited/rush delivery parts needed for jobs.
· Establish and maintain a communicative, coordinated, and cooperative relationship with the other departments in the organization as well as with customers.
· Develop detailed job costing and maintain bill of materials to ensure consistent pricing and delivering required margins set forth in CFI policy.
· Schedule daily jobs, projects and assign appropriate technicians.
· Monitor efficiency of jobs, projects and repairs and course correct as needed.
· Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
2+ years administrative experience, preferably in field service, dispatch, or technical service.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Odoo, GSS) is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
