Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our warehouse facility and equipment remain safe, functional, and in excellent condition to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and maintenance on building and equipment
Assist with basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe
Respond promptly to repair requests from management or staff
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
