Mahwah, NJ$19.00 per hour7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (plus overtime)
Job Summary:Responsible for performing de-flash and finishing operations according to work orders to meet production schedules. Utilized barcode scanning systems to accurately record and maintain time logs for all processed work orders. Interpreted blueprints and engineering specifications to ensure product quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Deflashed molded parts in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
Prepared and assembled product subassemblies and final assemblies.
Monitored and adjusted deflash and cleaning equipment to ensure quality and productivity.
Set up and operated production equipment following GMP and standard operating procedures.
Inspected finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
Maintained housekeeping and sanitation standards within the work area.
Assisted with additional production duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of manufacturing environments and production processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Technical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
High physical stamina to meet production demands.
High School Diploma (preferred).
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
