Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Modesto, CA – Professional office environment
Bilingual Spanish: Preferred
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00/hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the face and heart of our office, greeting associates and clients with warmth and professionalism.

• Answer phones and manage daily call volume efficiently.

• Support front office operations and assist recruiters with daily tasks.

• Begin with payroll assistant responsibilities, with the goal of eventually taking over full payroll duties.

• Assist with running reports alongside operations managers.

• Support recruiting efforts and eventually inside sales once fully trained.
