JOB DESCRIPTION:

Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3 pm 1/2 HR Lunch

OT available if candidate wants it would be twice a month on Saturday only for 4 hours

Dress Code: Jeans or nice Khaki pants, no logo t-shirt or nice shirt and work boots/good tennis shoes

Would prefer someone who lives in North Pinellas so they are closer to property.

REQUIREMENTS

Well rounded, experienced in general tools and ability to utilize them properly (they provide tools), painting 30%; 20% janitorial work, 20% lightning; 7% elevator; taking bag out of trash cans and replacing with fresh.
Dependability and being on time are 100% Necessary.
Communication skills are 100% necessary as "this is a high end Highrise."
General grounds upkeep (they have lawn and plant services so none of this work)
Janitorial work all in Common Areas such as cleaning up spills, cleaning elevators, cleaning overflow of toilets and if elevator gets stuck, elevator to top floor to fix then call Elevator Maintenance. Should be strong in case of emergency to learn from Vickie how to open doors to let people out.
Change lights (high end lightning or put back in ballast)
Fix a small leak in common or office areas
Will meet and talk with vendors on problems such as elevators, lawn or plant issues
Want to Get the Job Done type worker
Contract to HIRE and Someone who wants to work here as a career.
