Seeking a dependable and hardworking individual with a valid CDL (Class A) license to support our HDD crews with driving, loading/unloading, and on-site labor. This is a full-time dual role- you will be operating trucks and trailers for hauling equipment to and from job sites and also working on-site helping with underground utility installation. We are currently on a long-haul project in Louisiana and Arkansas.

Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to/from job sites
• Operate or support all Underground Construction Equipment (Mini Excavator, Vac and Skid steer)
• Clean vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment (free of debris). Clean and prepare the construction site for work, remove debris and potential hazards
• Perform manual labor such as digging, hauling, loading/unloading, site prep, and clean-up
• Adhere to company and OSHA safety standards
• Ability to work extended hours, as required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Must provide current references

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Class A, with no restrictions) and current DOT medical card
• Clean MVR and driving history
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and team attitude
