We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Auditor for a 6-month temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and helping organizations stay compliant and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect records and reports for accuracy and completeness

• File reports in appropriate digital and physical locations

• Identify potential operational or compliance risks

• Perform data entry and maintain audit documentation

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Strong data entry and typing skills

• Filing and auditing experience

• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating computer systems

• Excellent attention to detail

Experience Required:

• Previous auditing experience

• Data entry experience

• Working knowledge of QuickBooks

Qualities We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills

• High level of attention to detail

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and reach as needed

• Possibility of prolonged sitting

Equipment Used:

• Computer systems including QuickBooks

• Electronic case filing system
