Pay: $16-$21 (based on experience) + performance raises

About the Job

We’re a busy, growing pool company looking for a dependable Pool Service Technician. This is a route-based position where you’ll service residential and commercial pools, communicate with customers, and keep equipment running properly.

What You’ll Do

• Keep company truck organized and stocked
• Service a daily route of residential pools
• Test water chemistry and balance pools and spas correctly
• Inspect and repair pool equipment (if necessary).
• Clean pools (brush, skim, vacuum as needed)
• Inspect equipment and report issues
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Learn to use our route service software and take necessary pictures on the jobsite.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to work
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat/cold
• Able to lift 50 lbs and do physical work daily
• Strong attendance (this is a route job — no call/no shows don’t work here)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Pool experience
• Plumbing knowledge
• Customer service experience
