What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for client opportunities

• Build strong relationships with businesses through consistent communication

• Manage a high volume of calls, follow-ups, and scheduling

• Facilitate onboarding and ensure associate readiness

• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records

• Partner with your team to achieve office performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a professional, customer-facing role (sales, recruiting, retail leadership, account management, or similar)

• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a deadline-driven environment

• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with new people daily

• Experience working toward metrics, goals, or performance expectations

• Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism

• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
