Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lead and support team members during production shifts.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor production machinery according to established guidelines.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and alert maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist with training new team members on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Support production goals through teamwork, reliability, and consistent performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience (team lead, shift lead, trainer, or similar).
• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read measurements, interpret production instructions, and complete documentation accurately.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends based on production needs.
