In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and managing laboratory samples for analysis by following strict standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key duties include receiving, logging, labeling, and manipulating samples (weighing, crushing, or mixing) to ensure homogeneity. This role involves maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Sample Processing: Preparing samples for analysis.
• Laboratory Maintenance: Cleaning equipment, organizing the workspace, and handling hazardous materials safely.
• Quality Control: Ensuring samples meet technical specifications and maintaining Sample Integrity.
• Safety Adherence: Wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following safety guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is typically required; science-related education is a plus.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varied environments
