Call Centre - Manager - Outbound Sales 

Are you a driven call centre leader or contact centre trainer ready to take ownership of outbound performance at a strategic level?

We’re looking for a Manager, Outbound Sales to lead a high-performing team focused on acquiring new monthly donors and driving measurable revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape campaign strategy, coach performance, optimize scripts, and use data to continuously improve results. This is a Direct Hire Opportunity, full time, permanent, starting as soon as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of fundraising specialists to consistently exceed monthly acquisition targets
  • Run structured 1:1s and team meetings focused on skill development and performance growth
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign launches, from system readiness to live optimization
  • Create, test, and refine outbound scripts to maximize engagement and compliance
  • Align messaging with brand standards while driving conversion

Operational Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, revenue performance, dialing efficiency, and verification results
  • Optimize dialer strategy, segmentation, and list management to improve contact rates
  • Oversee recontact and reprocessing workflows to strengthen long-term donor retention

What You Bring

Experience

  • 2–5 years in sales, fundraising, or contact centre operations
  • Proven success in performance-driven, KPI-focused environments
  • Experience launching and optimizing outbound sales or fundraising campaigns 
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Experience with dialer systems, CRM platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Confident decision-maker who thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented settings
