Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Metal Duct Installers & Cable Pullers to join our team for a 2–3 month project at the LGES (Energy Solution) Alpha site in Queen Creek, AZ. In this role, you will assist with cutting and installing metal ductwork and pulling cable throughout the facility. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, can follow direction, and thrive in a fast‑paced construction environment. You will work directly alongside Korean technicians as part of a coordinated team.

Responsibilities

• Cut, prepare, and install metal ductwork according to project requirements
• Pull and route cable throughout designated areas of the facility
• Assist with general installation tasks and support Korean technicians as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily project goals
• Perform basic material handling, lifting, and equipment setup
• Communicate effectively with team leads and follow instructions accurately

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, mechanical work, or general labor preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and cutting equipment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Reliable transportation to the Queen Creek job site
• Safety‑focused mindset and ability to follow direction from Korean technicians and project leads
