Full-Time - Monday - Friday 

Express has partnered with a growing company in Northbrook, IL seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator / HubSpot CRM Specialist to support business development, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry and strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, including contacts, pipelines, workflows, and reporting.
• Support lead generation, prospect research, and sales outreach activities.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications through HubSpot.
• Track sales and marketing performance metrics and generate reports.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, social media, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to support business growth and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, marketing coordination, business development, or a related role.
• Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, medical, or service industry preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including reporting, workflows, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
