Safety Coordinator | $75,000 - $82,000/Year DOE

Located in Fargo, ND

Express Employment Professionals of Fargo, ND is partnering with a growing construction organization seeking a Safety Coordinator to support both field job sites and manufacturing operations. This role is open due to company growth and offers a strong mix of administrative leadership and hands-on field involvement (approximately 75% admin / 25% field).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain company-wide safety programs across construction job sites and manufacturing operations
• Conduct safety investigations and manage WSI (Workforce Safety & Insurance) documentation and reporting
• Maintain DOT files, drug testing records, and medical card compliance
• Provide safety training for new hires and ongoing associate training
• Lead annual safety trainings at manufacturing facilities and for foremen
• Maintain and update safety handbook to meet city, state, and federal regulations with legal teams
• Travel locally to job sites as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior safety experience in construction, manufacturing, or related field preferred
• Comfortable presenting to small and large groups
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Valid, insurable driver’s license
• OSHA 10/30 certifications preferred (willingness to obtain acceptable)
