We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator/Quality Control with a background in winery or food manufacturing to join our team. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring equipment used in vinegar production while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Operate pumps, valves, generators, and concentrators to process vinegar according to production specifications

Charge systems with designated amounts of vinegar starter, water, alcohol, and coolant

Monitor air and temperature gauges, flow meters, and control panels to maintain proper production conditions

Adjust thermostats, valves, and dials to ensure required vinegar strength and consistency

Regulate solution flow through filtration systems and transfer finished product to storage or shipping tanks

Perform quality control checks, including physical and visual inspections

Test vinegar samples for grain content using pH meters and hydrometers

Accurately record test results, temperature readings, and production data

Qualifications

Recent experience in a winery or food manufacturing environment (required)

Sit-down forklift experience (required)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently

Commitment to safety and quality standards

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Overtime may be required

Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
