Packaging Supervisor 

Compensation: $20 per hour 
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – Close (typically 5:00–7:00 PM) 

 

Position Summary 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations and ensure products are prepared efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, a sense of urgency, and the ability to maintain high production standards in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee and participate in daily packaging operations following company standards and procedures 

• Assemble packaging materials and prepare products for shipment 

• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications 

• Ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 

• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and productivity 

• Support and guide team members to meet daily production goals 

 

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Fluent in English 

• Experience in packaging within a manufacturing or production environment required 

• Strong understanding of quality control processes 

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Effective problem-solving abilities 

• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining individual accountability 

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
