Salary: $17-22/hr BOE

Are you mechanically inclined and looking to grow your career in manufacturing? Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Machine Operators and Production Operators for multiple reputable manufacturing companies in East Madison. These are long-term, full-time opportunities with room for advancement.

We are partnering with established manufacturers in industries such as:

• Commercial printing

• Packaging & labeling

• Foam production

• Industrial manufacturing

• Envelope & bindery production

If you have experience running production equipment, performing machine setups, or working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $17-22/hr (Based on experience & shift)

Schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to specifications

• Monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues

• Conduct quality checks and document production data

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, or in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment

• Ability to read work orders and follow written instructions

• Comfortable working on your feet for 8–12 hour shifts

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (varies by position)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
