What is the opportunity?

We are hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators to join the team of a national manufacturer of batt insulation and barrier lining for steel building construction.

 

How will you spend your time?

• Unload, receive and stage raw material inventory
• Pull raw material for production
• Stage and prepare raw material for production
• Ensure proper machine set-up and operation
• Post-production, package finished goods and prepare for shipping
• Load trailers for shipment
• Participate in job function cross training
• Perform other duties as assigned

We are excited about you if you have the following?

• A work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
• Prior manufacturing work experience is preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in basic math skills (adding/subtracting), English oral and written communication skills, and the ability to read a tape measure/ruler
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Full ability to meet physical demands of the job (mobility, flexibility, strength).

• Work schedule Shift 1: 6 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday
• Compensation: $18 to $19.50

• Other: Will provide Forklift Certification as needed
