Express Employment is seeking a skilled Powder Coat Painter for a growing manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial painting experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare metal surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking) for proper coating adhesion
• Apply high-quality powder coatings using spray booths and airless systems
• Load/unload parts and manage material handling processes
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and uniformity
• Perform touch-ups as needed and maintain equipment safely

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with industrial or auto-body painting techniques
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a production setting
