Industrial Maintenance Technician

Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a local company. This position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery that integrates electrical and mechanical components.

 

Job Description:

• Pay rate $28+ per hour
• Monday – Saturday
• Long term | Full time
• Maintain strict adherence to all safety procedures
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment such as machinery, conveyors, robotics, and facility systems 
• Identify issues, replace or repair components, perform testing, and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation
• Work with electrical systems including 120V, 208V and 480V AC circuits as well as motor controls, VFDs, and soft start systems
• Preform routing preventive maintenance
• Utilize machine shop equipment as needed
• Read and interpret technical documents such as schematics, blueprints, manuals, and work orders
• Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven industrial maintenance experience required
• Hands-on experience with 480V systems, motor controls, and VFDs
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical manuals
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend in English
• Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
