Production Assistant (Pick & Pack)

Location: Bedford, IN

Position Type: Evaluation

Schedule: Mon-Thu 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $16.00-$18.00/hr

We are seeking dependable Production Assistants to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is primarily responsible for order picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products according to order sheets or RF scanner
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipment
• Label and prepare orders for shipping
• Verify quantities and product accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Support team members and supervisors with general production tasks

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse, production, or pick/pack experience preferred but not required
