Forklift Operator

Located in Bear Creek, WI

Salary: $18.00/HR

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm

Pay: $18.00/HR

Duties: 

• Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility

• Load, unload, and stage materials in designated areas

• Support production lines by delivering materials as needed

• Assist on the production line when required to maintain workflow

• Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all safety procedures

• Maintain accurate inventory movement and documentation

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

• Efficiently navigate the plant to ensure timely material flow

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Valid forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company procedures

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed

• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment

• Basic understanding of material handling and inventory flow
