Machine Operator

Located in Bear Creek, WI

Salary: $18.00/HR

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 6:00pm

Pay: $18.00/HR

Duties: 

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure consistent output

• Inspect products during and after production to verify quality standards

• Maintain production efficiency by troubleshooting minor machine issues

• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Package finished products according to specifications

• Use pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods

• Accurately document production counts, quality checks, and downtime

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or packaging machinery preferred

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality defects

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Experience using pallet jacks or other material‑handling equipment a plus

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
