Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Labor Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily warehouse operations by handling inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently

· Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment

· Organize, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations

· Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) if certified

· Operate the baler machine to compress materials into bales.

· Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow all safety procedures and company policies

· Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies

· Performing daily warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Forklift certification preferred

· Previous warehouse experience preferred

· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
