Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin or grow their career in Information Technology. The Help Desk Technician will provide first-level technical support to end users, troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, and assist with system maintenance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in person

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues

  • Assist with password resets and user account management

  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

  • Install basic software and updates

  • Document support requests and resolutions in ticketing system

  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed

  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude with all users
