Plumbing / Water Treatment Installer (Entry–Mid Level)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00/hour (Based on experience)

Introduction: Express Employment Professionals is supporting a growing, full-service water treatment company specializing in water softeners, purification systems, and water heaters for residential, commercial, and industrial customers throughout southeastern and mid-Michigan.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working directly alongside ownership in the field. If you’re mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to grow your skills — this is a strong career path opportunity.

Position Summary: We are seeking an Entry-Level or Mid-Level Plumbing / Water Treatment Installer. Training is provided for motivated candidates.

Each day begins at the shop, traveling to customer job sites in a company-provided vehicle to complete installations and service work before returning at the end of the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service water treatment systems including: Water softeners. Filtration and purification systems, Reverse osmosis systems, Pressure tanks, and water heaters.
• Perform routine service work (filter changes, system maintenance)
• Load/unload equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Utilize company-provided hand tools and materials.
• Frequently enter/exit company vehicles throughout the day.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and workspaces.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow company safety procedures and installation standards.

Qualifications Required:

• Valid driver’s license
• Mechanically inclined with willingness to learn
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work daily
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and communication skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Plumbing or water treatment experience
• Residential or commercial installation background
• Mechanical or technical trade experience
