Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant Location: Oxnard, CA Job Type: Part-Time (3–5 weeks)
About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. This role involves filing, scanning, organizing documents, and supporting general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
File, copy, and organize documents in a logical and accessible way
Scan, save, and manage digital files on a computer
Support light HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records (experience preferred but not required)
Handle sensitive information with discretion
Assist with special projects or ad hoc requests as needed
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
Comfortable using a computer for document management
Light HR experience preferred
Must not have prior relationships with current employees to ensure neutrality
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Working Hours
Part-time (preferred schedule: Wednesday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM; flexible)
Assignment lasts 3–5 weeks
