Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Part-Time (3–5 weeks)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. This role involves filing, scanning, organizing documents, and supporting general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • File, copy, and organize documents in a logical and accessible way

  • Scan, save, and manage digital files on a computer

  • Support light HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records (experience preferred but not required)

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Assist with special projects or ad hoc requests as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information

  • Comfortable using a computer for document management

  • Light HR experience preferred

  • Must not have prior relationships with current employees to ensure neutrality

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

Working Hours

  • Part-time (preferred schedule: Wednesday–Thursday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM; flexible)

  • Assignment lasts 3–5 weeks
