We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused General Laborer – Weed Applicator to support vegetation management operations at wind energy and solar farm locations. This role involves herbicide application, grounds maintenance, equipment operation, and general labor tasks to ensure sites remain safe, accessible, and compliant with environmental standards.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on outdoor work, has strong situational awareness, and can work independently in remote environments. Training and certification opportunities are provided for motivated applicants.

• Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, uneven terrain).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to travel for multi-day assignments.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to safety.
