Green Chain-Night Shift

Salary: $20/hr

Green Chain Pullers needed for local saw mill.

Swing shift 430pm-3am

Employee must be able to understand and abide by all company safety policies and expectations. Supervisor will train employee on all company safety rules.
All new hires must go through a 90 day probationary period. New hires will be thoroughly evaluated during this time period. If new hire does not satisfy all company expectations during any time, either during or after probation period, they will be terminated. Key competencies/attributes are:
Attendance/ able to show up on time
Listening skills
Able to work long hours (10 - 12 hr shifts)
Must be physically able to work consistently throughout shift.
Show that they understand instruction
Able to grade veneer at high speed
Able to work well in a team environment
Able to work without constant supervision.
Display positive attitude and be able to work fluctuating shifts/jobs
Clean up whenever line is not running
Be able to work inside and out irregardless of weather conditions/climate

All entry level green chain pullers start out at $12.00/hr. Upon successfully completing probation, wages will be increased to $13.00/hr. Any other wage increases are dependent on competencies, skill level, job description, etc.
Employees are eligible for medical/dental benefits after completing probation period. There are different options for employee to choose from. Medical/Dental insurance is offered to employees spouse/family members at an additional cost to the employee.
