Job Title: Scale Clerk
Location: Utica, IL
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on skill set)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM
Duration: 4–8 week assignment (covering a leave of absence)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scale Clerk to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary opportunity lasting approximately 4 to 8 weeks while covering for an employee on leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weigh trucks in and out using the scale system

• Accurately record weights and complete required documentation

• Enter data into computer systems with strong attention to detail

• Communicate clearly with drivers and internal team members

• Maintain organized records and files

• Support general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer skills and data entry experience

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable with strong attendance record

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and move between office and scale area as needed
