Monday through Friday – 9am to 6pm

$20hr to $21hr depending on experience.

 

A leading manufacturer and distributor of high-density upholstery foam, serving furniture manufacturers, marine fabricators, automotive shops, commercial seating producers, and DIY customers nationwide is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their team in Chatsworth.

 

Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates looking to build foundational experience in B2B and product-based marketing.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing website content updates. (product descriptions, specs, SEO keywords)
• Support email marketing campaigns and list management.
• Coordinate social media scheduling and content publishing.
• Track performance metrics. (open rates, CTR, engagement, conversions)
• Help create product sheets, spec documents, and marketing collateral.
• Assist in writing blog posts, case studies, and promotional copy.
• Support development of trade show materials and promotional assets.
• Maintain product image library and documentation.
• Assist with customer segmentation and lead generation research.
• Compile basic marketing reports and performance summaries.
• Support the sales team with presentation materials and promotional resources.
• Help maintain CRM records and marketing databases.
• Assist in managing distributor and reseller communications.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. (or graduating soon)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
