Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate / Material Handler to join our 2nd shift team. This role supports daily production operations by handling materials, counting parts, completing production documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate can work independently, follow procedures, and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Schedule:

• 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

• Monday – Friday

• Overtime may be required as needed

Responsibilities:

• Hang parts correctly on racks according to instructions

• Count parts accurately and complete production count forms

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all Quality and Safety procedures

• Perform repetitive lifting (10–50 lbs)

• Complete additional duties as assigned by Lead

• Work with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required

• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs repetitively

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Work Environment:

• Production/warehouse setting

• Fast-paced, hands-on work

• Standing and physical activity throughout shift

Pay:

• $12.00 per hour
