We are seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for our facility.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and other common areas
  • Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including:
  • Sweeping
  • Mopping
  • Vacuuming
  • Dusting
  • Trash removal
  • Restroom cleaning
  • Cleaning and replacing air filters
  • Follow safety and sanitation standards at all times
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
  • Previous janitorial or facility maintenance experience is a plus
Work Environment:
  • Indoor and outdoor cleaning duties
  • Physically active role (standing, bending, lifting, walking)
