Position Overview

We are seeking Full-Time Seasonal Servers to join a fast-paced Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any service issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Reset tables and assist with overall restaurant operations as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum of six (6) months of serving experience in a fine-dining, high-volume restaurant, resort, or private club preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, organized, and professional.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 30 pounds for extended periods.
