Znet Operator

Located in Mission, TX

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate the ZNET system to run production loads according to established schedules and process parameters

• Verify correct run setup prior to processing, including recipe/parameters, timing, voltage/current targets, and load identification

• Monitor production runs and respond to alarms or out-of-normal conditions following escalation procedures

• Accurately document production data including run logs, counts, downtime reasons, and exceptions

• Communicate status updates and issues clearly with supervisors, racking team, line operators, maintenance, lab, and quality departments

• Assist with troubleshooting process issues and escalate concerns when necessary

• Perform basic routine equipment checks and maintain housekeeping in control areas

• Follow all plant safety rules including PPE requirements, lockout/tagout awareness, and chemical safety procedures

• Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and scrap reduction efforts

• Maintain a clean and organized ZNET/control area and protect equipment from damage

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and process parameters

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and production lines

• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude a plus

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

• 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Pay:

• $14.00 per hour
