Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a growing distribution and logistics client in Grapevine, TX seeking a reliable Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations and help keep freight moving efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll be working alongside the team while helping ensure accuracy, organization, and safety across the floor. You MUST be bilingual English/Spanish.

This position is ideal for someone ready to step into more responsibility while still staying active in day-to-day warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently

• Ensure every piece of freight is properly accounted for and tagged

• Verify product is stored in correct warehouse locations

• Utilize warehouse space effectively to maintain organized inventory flow

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and bar-coded inventory processes

• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment

• Follow all company quality and safety procedures

• Support the supervisor with daily operational needs and team coordination

• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience required

• Experience with shipping & receiving and barcoded inventory systems

• Ability to operate lift trucks/forklifts

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Able to follow verbal and written instructions

• Cooperative, team-oriented attitude

• Strong reliability and attention to detail
