Receptionist

Located in Unincorporated, WV

Salary: up to $16 hourly

Express Employment is now hiring for a Receptionist for a company located in the Fairmont, WV area. This position will have full time hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm and rotating Saturdays 8:30am – 1:30pm. Compensation for this position is up to $16 hourly, based on experience!

 

 

The main duties of this position include:

• Utilizes CDK Business System to perform duties and responsibilities
• Generates equipment invoices upon completion of sale
• Records customer receipts and advance deposits
• Maintains customer tax-exempt certificates
• Processes title work for utility vehicles
• Answer phones professionally and direct calls, when necessary
• Filing and other various duties as assigned

All interested candidates must possess the following:

• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
• Ability to work independently. Must be a self-starter and energetic
• Flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours, if deemed necessary
• Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced work environment
