Sales Representative

Temp-to-Hire | $25/hour

 

We are hiring motivated Sales Representatives to represent our client's brand inside Lowe's and Home Depot locations. In this role, you'll engage directly with customers on the sales floor, educate them on our products and services, and help set appointments. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to grow into a permanent position for the right candidate.

 

What You'll Do:

• Build relationships with store staff and management to maximize brand visibility
• Engage customers at the point of sale to generate leads and appointments
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Represent the brand professionally in a retail environment

 

What We're Looking For:
• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Reliable transportation required — you'll be traveling between store locations
• Prior experience in home services, home improvement, or contractor services a plus
