Oven Prep Cook

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Oven Prep to join our coating operations team. This position plays a key role in preparing and monitoring ovens to ensure proper conditions for coating processes. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ovens for coating processes by verifying temperature settings and cleanliness

• Monitor oven conditions during operation to maintain proper performance

• Assist with loading and unloading materials into ovens following safety procedures

• Inspect coated items after baking to ensure quality and specification compliance

• Maintain a clean and organized oven and work area

• Record oven temperatures, conditions, and report any issues to supervisors

• Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Ability to stand for long periods and work around heat

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

• 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Pay:

• $12.00 per hour
