Salary: up to $18.00/hour

A growing Milwaukee company is searching for Landscapers. This is a physically demanding outdoor position that requires safe equipment operation, attention to detail, and strong communication.

Responsibilities include:

• Mowing with walk-behind and zero-turn mowers
• String trimming and edging
• Pruning shrubs and maintaining plant beds
• Pulling weeds and general property detailing
• Installing mulch and seasonal clean-ups
• Assisting with equipment maintenance including oil changes, blade changes, and cleaning equipment
• Washing and maintaining trucks and trailers

• Standing and working on your feet for 4–8 hours at a time
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and varying weather conditions
• Exposure to dust, insects, noise, and uneven terrain
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Qualified candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, physically capable of outdoor labor, team-oriented, and coachable. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
